Catherine Samba-Panza
Catherine Samba-Panza made history when in 2014 she became the first female president of Central African Republic. She took on the position of interim president of instability and violence resulting from the ongoing civil war in her country. Previously, she'd worked as the mayor of Bangui. She encouraged disarmament in spite of Central African Republic’s religious conflicts.
