Aminata Touré
Aminata Touré was the second female Prime Minister of Senegal, West Africa, from 2013 to 2014. She was nicknamed the “Iron Lady” for her strong position against corruption and is a well-known as human rights activist. Previously, Touré had been the coordinator of West Africa’s Gender and HIV program in United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Throughout her career she worked to solve women and gender issues.
