A professional who receives interdepartmental work orders for construction or repairs, routes work orders to maintenance shop, and compiles cost reports. Respnsibilities include:
- Files copy of each work order received, and routes original copy to maintenance shop.
- Receives and files cost reports of work accomplished, and prepares bills to be charged against department requesting construction or repairs.
