A professional who plans and arranges for cooperation with and participation in skill training program by private industry, agencies, and concerned individuals. Responsibilities include:

  • Organizes and coordinates recruiting, training, and placement of participants.
  • Contacts various service agencies on behalf of trainees with social problems and refers trainees to appropriate agencies to ensure trainees receive maximum available assistance.
  • Prepares periodic reports to monitor and evaluate progress of program.
