relative atomic mass
The ratio of the average mass per atom of the natural nuclidic composition of an element to 1/√12 of the mass of an atom of nuclide 12C. For example, μ(Cl) = 35.453. Relative atomic mass replaces the concept of atomic weight. It is also known as relative nuclidic mass.
