Measures, programmes and services aimed at the recovery of trafficked persons that might include, but are not limited to, appropriate housing; medical, psychological and material assistance; educational, training and employment opportunities; legal counselling and assistance. First, short- and long-term assistance may be offered by non-governmental, governmental or international organisations in countries of destination, transit and origin and they may involve one or multiple services.
