affinity monolith chromatography
Affinity chromatography is a separation method in which a biologically related binding agent is placed in a chromatographic column for use as a stationary phase. If the support material that contains this binding agent is a monolithic media, then the resulting technique is referred to as affinity monolith chromatography (AMC). This combination of a monolithic support with a biologically related stationary phase offers increased performance and ease of structural modification over other forms of affinity chromatography.
