Zhejiang Province is best known for its Longjing Green tea cultivated at the West Lake in Hangzhou. People who live there say the best Longjing tea is produced from leaves gathered in early April. It costs almost five times what the conventional Longjing tea costs because of its scarcity and its special aroma.
